YMCA active adults day at the Barrington Y (Bayside)

There was a great showing of active adults at the YMCA, despite the weather.  We had a steady flow of interest and discussion with many former patients bragging on their success!  Thanks to Wayne McVay for his help all around!  We discussed knee injury, balance and falling, vertigo and post-stroke rehab. to name a few.
