Tennis, golfer’s elbow

Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and medial epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow) are common injuries to the elbow.
It comes from overuse andinvolves inflammation in the tendons in the elbow. The flex bar (TM) is a piece of equipment recently shown to help this problem. It can work using it eccentrically (negative is the term used in weight lifting) along with a stretching program. We have different flexbars (TM) to vary resistance.

Common treatment also includes ultrasound, laser, stretching, bracing, Mulligan mobilization techniques and other eccentric exercise with return to sports.
